Assistant to the Deputy Superintendent
Mrs. Horning is a Utah native. She graduated from Brigham Young University-Provo with a Bachelor of Art degree in Home and Family Science, emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling. She has experienced every type of schooling with her children: public, home school, and charter. Her youngest child enrolled at UMA its first year of operation in 2014. She became an involved parent, serving on the PIC board in various capacities over the years. At the end of 2018, she was hired as Major Workman’s assistant to help our UMA cadets develop a post-high school plan.
