Excuse Cadet Absence

To make attendance easier on our parents, we have moved to a system called MyAttendance. Parents will no longer have to contact the school, MyAttendance will contact them if their cadet has been marked absent, via text or email. 

MyAttendance will only send a notice when it sees an X (for absent).  Parents will receive three options: "Approve the absence," "Do not approve the absence," or "My student was not absent." The parent will click on the option that is accurate for their cadet and Aspire will be updated accordingly (if one of the first two options is chosen) or if the third option is chosen, a notice will be sent to the front office staff to correct.

If you are planning on a vacation and want to pre-excuse your cadet, please call the front office at 801-689-3013 (Hill Field) or 385-498-6167 (Camp Williams) and ask them to mark your cadet with "V" for vacation, this will ensure that you do not receive daily notifications during your vacation.

*All cadets are responsible for checking with their teachers for work missed.
